Tie-Dye Variation Disclaimer

Please note that all tie-dye treated garments are individually hand-tied and hand-dyed.
Color variation, pattern differences, and placement variations are a natural part of the process and make each item unique.

No two items will be exactly alike.
These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.


Return Policy – Retail Orders

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless:

  • An item is defective

  • An item is damaged upon arrival

  • An incorrect item was sent

If an error occurred on our end, we will gladly correct the issue.


Return Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items must be in original condition with original packaging

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping, unless the error was on our end


Final Sale Items

  • Promotional, sale, and closeout items are FINAL SALE

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange


Shipping & Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is marked undeliverable, returned, or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • The customer may choose to:

    • Have the order reshipped (additional shipping charges may apply), or

    • Receive a refund for the product cost only (shipping excluded)

Custom Colors Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays, losses, or return charges resulting from address errors.


Refund Processing

Once a returned item is received, we will inspect and review the return.

  • Customers will be notified of the approval status

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

  • Refunds typically process within a few business days, depending on the card issuer


Additional Notes

  • Refund timelines are controlled by the customer’s bank or card provider

  • Shipping carriers do not allow address changes once a package is in transit

  • Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
