How It Works

Step 1: Blank Selection
You have the flexibility to either supply your own blank garments or have us source them for you. While supplying your own blanks allows you to take advantage of favorable pricing, when we source the blanks for you, you can benefit from our competitive pricing and eliminate the cost associated with fallout. With our sourcing, your order may be short a few pieces, but you won't lose money on the 3% fallout. If you prefer to avoid shortages, simply add a few extra pieces to your order. Plus, when we handle the sourcing, you'll have access to a wider range of PFD options should you decide to change styles in the future.

Step 2: Choose Your Color and or Wash
For custom garment dyeing, select your custom color here (e.g., Pantone 19-0303TCX) and send it to us. Pantone TCX codes are preferred, but we also accept Coated Pantone codes. If you have a reference image, feel free to send that as well, or you can choose from the washes available on our website Tie Dyes & Washes – Custom Colors Apparel. Please note that colors may appear differently on screen due to various display settings.

Step 3: Sampling
Before proceeding with full production, we’ll create a sample of the final product and send it to you for approval. Production will only begin once you’ve given us written or verbal confirmation of your approval.

Step 4: Production
After approval, production commences. We aim for perfection with a 3% tolerance for defects, accepting some minor fallout while striving to minimize any damages. (Terms and conditions apply.)

Step 5: Quality Control (QC) and Shipping
Once production is complete, the garments are folded and sized. During this process, our team inspects each garment for imperfections and removes any faulty items. A packing list, including box quantities and sizes, will then be emailed to you for confirmation before shipping.
